Thomas Licker has over 20 years of professional experience that includes managing the investigation and remediation of Industrial, Commercial and Residential properties. In addition, he has been involved with the risk mitigation of biohazardous and hazardous materials in relation to the food, transportation, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He has been responsible for overseeing the clean-up of sites under the CDC, FDA, USDA, RCRA, CERCLA, DOD, and DOE guidelines. Licker has worked for the United States EPA Site Assessment and Technical Assistance Team as an over-sight consultant for CERCLA and RCRA Corrective Actions. His company was selected as one of the contractors for the response to the Ebola Crisis by the state of New Jersey. Mr. Licker is an active member of the New Jersey Food Processors association, New Jersey Food Council, the International Association for Food Protection, International Facility Management Association and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control. In 2011, Mr. Licker earned certification as a Certified Environmental Infection Control Remediator (CEICR) from the American Council for Accredited Certification and in 2016 he earned the ABRA Certified Bio Recovery Master (CBRM) designation.

President – Scott Vogel MS, CEICS, CEOP, CBRM
Emergi-Clean of New Jersey
Scott Vogel has over 20 years in the Bio-Remediation Field and currently holds the CBRM (Certified Bio-Recovery Master) certification from the international association, American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA). A graduate from the University of Central Florida, Scott is respected in the Biohazard Remediation field due to his ability to manage and guide industry leaders.
Scott’s exemplary teaching skills and knowledge have earned him seats as the current Educational Committee Chair with the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA) and the Government Affairs Committee Chair for Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). He is also a primary instructor for the Environmental Health Safety International East Coast Training Center. Vogel holds multiple certifications in emergency response, bioremediation, and OSHA Safety Training.

Vice President – Warren Muncy, CBRM
Warren is the owner of AAA Scene Cleaners is a crime & trauma scene cleaning service that was founded in 2003 with Serving with Compassion our focus. We accept Texas Crime Victims Compensation benefits and work with most insurance companies to assist families.
At AAA Scene Cleaners, we are a faith based company that will be honored to come speak to any group to answer questions or assist corporate leaders with planning for emergency contingency plans.

ABRA Secretary – Craig Delaney, CBRS
Craig J. Delaney is the owner of DASH Bio-Recovery, LLC. A Crime and Trauma Scene Clean-up Company located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He started the company in 2005 and provides 24 hour emergency response throughout all of Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia. DASH Safety Services, a division of DBR, provides first aid, CPR, Fit-testing and safety training to individuals and corporation.
Craig has been a Volunteer Firefighter for 32 years and has held the position of Fire Chief for 12 years. He resides in McDonald PA where he lives with his wife Becca an ER Trauma Nurse, their daughter Taylor, a junior at West Virginia University and their son Trenton a senior at South Fayette High School. When Craig’s not working, he enjoys RV’ing or traveling with his family and fishing in local bass tournaments.

ABRA Treasurer – Joe Ruzevich, CBRT
Operations Director – Parkside Restoration
Joseph Ruzevich is the founder and owner of Parkside Restoration Services (Parkside) located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Parkside is one of the largest independent restoration companies in Illinois and a leader in the bio recovery and mitigation arena. Joe has 15 years of professional experience managing commercial and residential emergencies. Prior to owning Parkside, Joe was a Senior Special Agent with the United States Department of Justice. He retired after 28 years of service from the Chicago Field Division.

USA Member At Large, John Krusenstjerna, CBRT
Operation Manager at Accident Scene Cleaners, Inc.
John Krusenstjerna is the founder and owner of Iowa CTS Cleaners, the leading crime & trauma scene clean up and restoration company in Iowa. He joined the world of “crime scene clean up” after situations he experienced while deployed on his two combat tours to Iraq. With 15 years of experience between military and law enforcement and nearly 10 years of experience in the crime and trauma scene clean up industry. John holds many other trade certifications from but not limited to HAZWOPER, CTS Decon Specialist, Meth Lab Specialist, and IICRC certifications (WTR, FSRT, OCT).

International Member at Large – Canada – Brian Woronuik, CBRT
Owner, 1St Trauma Scene Cleanup
Brain is the owner of 1st Trauma Services of British Columbia Canada. He is a former Medic with the Canadian Department of National Defense and currently serves as the fire department captain for the city of Surrey, British Columbia. Brain has been a long time ABRA member and represents the Active Member Companies and Technicians across Canada.

Member at Large – Europe – Pedro Badoni, CBRT
Owner, Death Clean of Portugal
Mr. Badoni is not only a Professional Firefighter in Setúbal (Portugal), but also Founder & CEO of the first and only Crime and Trauma Scene Cleanup company in Portugal – DEATHCLEAN. Certified, in 2015, by the National Institute of Decontamination Specialists (NIDS), Pedro has a Crime & Trauma Scene Bio Recovery course and is an ABRA Certified Bio Recovery Technician (CBRT) since 2016. Mr. Badoni is also a Certified Technician in Odor Control by IICRC as well, has an International certification for intervention in Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) events by the International CBRNe Institute (ICI), and is a part of the Fire Brigade Hazardous Materials Response Team (HMRT). Pedro has recently graduated from the University of Rome (Tor Vergata), for CBRN with a Master’s Degree in Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents, a NATO SELECTED Status Course.
