Norris Gearhart is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 35 years of success spanning construction, disaster response and restoration, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, biotech, logistics, and sales. He served as an Officer in the United States Armed Forces.

Throughout his executive career, Norris has held leadership positions with organizations including Gearhart & Associates LLC, TOMI Environmental Solutions, Rolyn Companies, Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling, B&G Restoration DKI., Johns & Lyng. Restorx Pty. Australia, Travelers Insurance, Allstate Insurance, Allied Fire & Flood DKI and, Skyline Engineers of Maryland.

During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer with TOMI Environmental Solutions, Norris played an integral role in the (GLP) Good Lab Practices studies for EPA hospital disinfectant applications. He was part of bringing the DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Agency) technology product originally designed to fight weaponized Anthrax, to market for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D, healthcare, and transportation. Norris was selected as a member of the US Aid and World Health Organization team challenged with customizing a decontamination chamber for the Ebola outbreak in Africa and was involved in the containment of the Mears Corona virus outbreak in Saudi Arabia, a deadly virus with a 50% mortality rate. He provides technical consulting across the United States, Asia, Panama, Mexico, and Australia and served as an expert for testimony in numerous legal cases.

Norris attained his BA in Business Administration from National Louis University. He is an OSHA 500 Construct and 501 General Industry Outreach Trainer, a Certified Restorer, and an instructor for the Certified Restorer program. He holds a Master Trainer certificate from the (CICTI) Construction Infection Control Training Institute.
