Make More Money with Strong Contracts, by Ed Cross "The Restoration Lawyer" - Ed Cross
Tell a Friend About This EventTell a Friend

Bio recovery contractors frequently leave money on the table because their contracts do not adequately protect their right to full payment or neutralize unnecessary liability issues. Clients try to take "interest free loans" from the contractors, who suffer financially after fronting the money to complete a project. A properly-drafted contract can create strong leverage to convince the client the cheapest way out is to pay now, rather than later. Maximize your profits!
