We had the great opportunity to talk to BioTechs  Crime and Trauma Scene Cleaning CEO Audrey Trinidad recently. Here is her feedback on her journey in the industry.

1. What have you found the most challenging in this industry? " The most challenging part is definitely marketing such a sensitive service"

2.   As an ABRA member what suggestions do you have to make membership more valuable?  "I would like to see more round-table time at the conferences. Learning from each other is so helpful. "

3. Best advice for individuals who want to enter our industry? "Do it!   If you truly care about the families you are looking to assist, we need more highly trained, professional, and caring individuals to help our community in their time of need. "

BioTechs has provided affordable and compassionate biohazard cleaning since 2002. After Audrey Trinidad’s husband, a police officer in San Antonio, was unable to find a company to help a family with the cleanup of a suicide, he knew they needed to act fast to help their community, and thus founded BioTechs. Since then, we’ve helped 1,000s of individuals begin recovery.
