Thomas Licker CEICR, CBRM

Thomas Licker has over 20 years of professional experience that includes managing the investigation and remediation of Industrial, Commercial and Residential properties. In addition, he has been involved with the risk mitigation of biohazardous and hazardous materials in relation to the food, transportation, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He has been responsible for overseeing the clean-up of sites under the CDC, FDA, USDA, RCRA, CERCLA, DOD, and DOE guidelines. Licker has worked for the United States EPA Site Assessment and Technical Assistance Team as an over-sight consultant for CERCLA and RCRA Corrective Actions. His company was selected as one of the contractors for the response to the Ebola Crisis by the state of New Jersey. Additional management responsibilities include business development strategies, sales and marketing of Insurance Restoration Specialists, Inc. and executive management of the Infection Control Technologies division. Mr. Licker is an active member of the New Jersey Food Processors association, New Jersey Food Council, the International Association for Food Protection, International Facility Management Association and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control. In 2011, Mr. Licker earned certification as a Certified Environmental Infection Control Remediator (CEICR) from the American Council for Accredited Certification and in 2016 he earned the ABRA Certified Bio Recovery Master (CBRM) designation.

Craig Delaney, CBRS
Craig J. Delaney is the owner of DASH Bio-Recovery, LLC. A Crime and Trauma Scene Clean-up Company located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He started the company in 2005 and provides 24 hour emergency response throughout all of Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia. DASH Safety Services, a division of DBR, provides first aid, CPR, Fit-testing and safety training to individuals and corporation.
Craig has been a Volunteer Firefighter for 32 years and has held the positon of Fire Chief for 12 years. He resides in McDonald PA where he lives with his wife Becca an ER Trauma Nurse, their daughter Taylor, a junior at West Virginia University and their son Trenton a senior at South Fayette High School. When Craig’s not working, he enjoys RV’ing or traveling with his family and fishing in local bass tournaments.
Servpro of Cape May & Cumberland Counties
Barbara, along with her husband, Patrick, runs Servpro of Cape May & Cumberland Counties. Cape May was established in 2003 and Cumberland County was established in 2004. Servpro is a premier cleaning and restoration company, specializing in fire, flood and mold remediation, and offers 24 hour emergency services for both commercial and residential customers. Other services include odor removal, move outs, duct cleaning and sealing, carpet, upholstery, drapery and floor cleaning and maintenance, post construction clean-ups, and biohazard clean ups. Prior to Servpro, Barbara worked in the insurance industry in South Jersey, and prior to that, the executive search industry in Philadelphia, PA.
She holds a B.A. from Trinity College, Dublin, Producers Licenses in Life and Health Insurance, and numerous IICRC certificates in WTR, ASD, Health & Safety, FST, CCT and AMRT. Barbara holds an Asbestos license in the State of NJ and Pennsylvania and is an ABRA certified technician. She has served on the Board of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce for the past three years and also serves on the First Legislative District Economic Development Task Force formed by Senator Jeff Van Drew, New Jersey State Senator, since 2014. An avid animal lover, Barbara has volunteered with the Cape May County Animal Shelter since 2006. Barbara resides in Ocean View, NJ along with her husband Patrick.

Kent is the former Operations Coordinator for Greenville County (SC) Emergency Medical Services, and graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center where he trained to work in Federal Law Enforcement. He and his wife, Cheryl, started their Bio Recovery Company in 1996 and operated it successfully until it was purchased in 2011. He is the author of the ABRA training manual and for the past seven years has operated the National Institute of Decontamination Specialists where he and other instructors teach Crime and Trauma Scene Bio Recovery, Meth Lab Decontamination, Advanced Bio Recovery, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician Courses.

John Krusenstjerna is the founder and owner of Iowa CTS Cleaners, the leading crime & trauma scene clean up and restoration company in Iowa. He joined the world of “crime scene clean up” after situations he experienced while deployed on his two combat tours to Iraq. With 15 years of experience between military and law enforcement and nearly 10 years of experience in the crime and trauma scene clean up industry. John holds many other trade certifications from but not limited to HAZWOPER, CTS Decon Specialist, Meth Lab Specialist, and IICRC certifications (WTR, FSRT, OCT).

Peter Guerin is the owner of BIO-CLEAN Australia, located in Werribee, Victoria. Peter John Guerin, 60 years young, born & bred in Melbourne Australia. Police Officer for 30 years attaining the rank of Sergeant & retired in 2007. Primarily a ‘Street Cop’ with the exception of 8 years at Forensic Science Crime Scene Section in the 80’s doing the CSI thing. Which is when I had this great idea of cleaning up the mess, however the time was not right with OH&S issues etc. In 2004 the dim light globe in my head, with the idea of cleaning up crime scenes and subsequently BIO-CLEAN was born. My work ethic was to set the highest possible standard in this field and with no training avail-able in Australia, I bit the bullet, travelled across The Pond and joined the American Bio Recovery Association, sat & thankfully passed the ABRA Crime & Trauma Scene Bio-recovery Technician exam in San Diego 2007.
International Member at Large - Europe - Pedro Badoni, CBRT

Mr. Badoni is not only a Professional Firefighter in Setúbal (Portugal), but also Founder & CEO of the first and only Crime and Trauma Scene Cleanup company in Portugal - DEATHCLEAN. Certified, in 2015, by the National Institute of Decontamination Specialists (NIDS), Pedro has a Crime & Trauma Scene Bio Recovery course and is an ABRA Certified Bio Recovery Technician (CBRT) since 2016. Mr. Badoni is also a Certified Technician in Odor Control by IICRC as well, has an International certification for intervention in Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) events by the International CBRNe Institute (ICI), and is a part of the Fire Brigade Hazardous Materials Response Team (HMRT). Pedro has recently graduated from the University of Rome (Tor Vergata), for CBRN with a Master’s Degree in Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents, a NATO SELECTED Status Course.
